One of our classroom helpers is Grandma Jan.  She is also my wonderful and sweet mother-in-law.  She has been volunteering in my classroom once a week for the last five years.  Grandma Jan loves children and shares a smile and encouragement with the students at every opportunity.

Grandpa Bill is another great classroom helper.  He is part of the Foster Grandparent Program, and works with all three first grade classrooms.  Grandpa Bill has been a welcome addition in our classroom, as the kids love any chance to work with him.
